10 STARS! After 25 years in Upstate NY, my husband and I decided to retire to Chester County. While driving to SC for the winter, we stopped in PA and discussed our wish list with Michelle. She set us up with a portal of active properties that met our requirements. It wasn't long before we saw a promising listing. Michelle made all the arrangements and we drove up. Although the property needed a lot of work, Michelle assured us that we could return to SC for the rest of the winter and she would take care of the rest. She did EVERYTHING including finding us the perfect realtor in NY that sold our home in 4 days for well over asking price.  We traveled to Valley Forge to close on our condo the end of March then headed back to NY to start packing.  I should mention that through this whole process, we were in the middle of the pandemic.  We couldn't have don't this without Michelle.  She went above and beyond for us as I'm sure she does for all her customers.  ~~Bob & Kathy

Can't say enough! Michelle found several homes for us to review prior to arriving in the area. We arrived on a Monday morning and meet her at noon, then visited 3 homes that day. We then viewed/reviewed 20 more in the next 4 days. 100% of Michelle’s time was devoted to us (or so she made it seem)! Michelle did an incredible job listening to our wants/needs and representing us on our final choice all within 5 days!
